Automatic Stone Profiling Machine or stone moulding machine classify products are mainly used for processing artificial stone, marble, granite line. The maximum processing width of stone line is 250mm. The main products include: 8 heads stone line polishing machine, 10 heads stone line polishing machine, 12 heads stone line polishing machine and 14 heads stone line polishing machine .The polishing part of the whole series of products adopts PLC control and automatic polishing compensation to avoid the occurrence of unpolished. The polish speed fast, brightness good, profiling and polishing can be done in one time, it is suitable for batch processing stone lines. The profiling wheel use electroplated or sintered wheel, and the polishing wheel use resin polishing wheel and sponge polishing wheel. Its output can reach 150~1000m per 8 hours. The profiling parts adopt manual lifting mode, the polishing part use digital current control lifting (PCL control). There are two kinds of machines, one is the profiling and polishing part assembly in one machine, another is the profiling and polishing part separate two machines.
